Meet Monroe. Like Marilyn, but with a much better ending!
She can’t see, but you would never know it. According to her friends at the Woodhaven Humane Society in Bowling Green, Ohio, she runs, plays, and demands attention just like any other kitty!
Monroe loves to be pet, and will happily curl up on your lap when you’re watching TV. She’s a little nervous around other small pets and children, so she’d prefer a nice, quiet home where everything stays where it’s supposed to be!
Monroe is so amazing, so fabulous, and she will love you so hard for so long that you’re going to wonder how you ever got along without her. Call the shelter at (419) 352-7339, or email woodcountyhumanesociety@gmail.com, to meet the fantastic Ms. Monroe!
Anyone in Ohio looking to meet an amazing companion?
Lucy the Rescue Dog.
I think it’s pretty safe to say she’s pleased with her new life.

Are two gorgeous pure white cats better than one? They are when they’re Kennedy and Knox! These two brothers live in the San Francisco Bay Area, and can’t be separated. It’s especially important because Kennedy is deaf and has a little trouble seeing, too. But that’s okay, because Knox takes care of him ALWAYS!
If you can help them stay together in a new loving home, email ninelivesvol@gmail.com!
Anybody in the Bay Area need some new friends?
These two sweeties are Hudson and Heidi, and Heidi is having a REALLY hard time in the shelter. Her supporters at the SPCA of Westchester in Briarcliff Manor, NY, would like to keep mom and son together, but the main goal right now is to get Heidi into a home so she can stop being so stressed and afraid.
If you can help either or both of them, please call the shelter at (914) 941-2896 or e-mail Lisa at lisa@spca914.org.
New Yorkers, these two may be your new best friends.
